Led by Rory Jackson and Charlie Christensen Phillips, Complete AM LLC was built by a tight-knit team of mechanical and electronic Additive Manufacturing engineers who’ve spent decades in the real world of 3D printing, on the shop floor, in the field, and shoulder-to-shoulder with customers who can’t afford downtime. With more than 50 years of combined experience across the industry, the founders didn’t just master the technology, they learned where projects stall, where budgets get wasted, and where support too often disappears when it matters most.
Over time, one pattern kept showing up: impressive machines and big promises, paired with inconsistent service, weak communication, and sales relationships that went quiet the moment the PO cleared. That gap, between what the industry delivers and what customers actually need, has become the reason Complete AM exists.
Based in Schaumburg, Illinois, Complete AM brings hands-on expertise across the additive landscape: FDM, SLA, DLP, LCD, Binder Jetting, LPBF, SLS, and NPJ, plus deep machine manufacturing know-how.
